La mia proposta per il contest di Poster Heroes 2020 / Il futuro del lavoro. Gli illustratori e designer sono stati chiamati per sottolineare le problematiche del mondo del lavoro. Il mio poster evidenzia la situazione di molte giovani donne, che spesso rischiano di non essere assunte perché la maternità è una minaccia per molti datori di lavoro.

This is my proposal for the Poster Heroes 2020 / The Future of work. Illustrators and designers were called to point out the issues of the world of work.  My highlight is on young women that are often not hired because of the threat of a possible pregnancy.
